Product Warranty for Terminus

All Terminus bags comes with a 1 Year Product Warranty (Manufacturer Defect Issues Only)

For warranty claim(s) within the first 7 days from shipment received date, customer(s) entitled for 1-to-1 exchange for the said product(s), provided the warranty claim is valid under the Supplier’s discretion. For warranty claim(s) after the first 7 days of from shipment received date, Supplier will proceed for repair attempt first and; or replace if repair failed.

For warranty claim(s) after the 7th day, Buyer will bear for the shipping fee(s) to deliver the warranty claim product(s) back to Supplier if any, while Supplier will bear the shipping fee(s) to deliver the product(s) back to Reseller after the product(s) been fixed or replaced if any.

What is not covered?

Included but not limited to: Abuse & misuse, defects or damage that result from:
(a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse;
(b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;
(c) use of the products or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions;
or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Terminusbag, are excluded from coverage.
There is no warranty for Best Buy and Promotional items.

Every Terminus bag is designed to the highest standards of Functionality, Hand Feels, Fashion, Form & Fun.
If you experience any technical issue with our bags, you may return your bags to us for repair. Charges applied for repair parts.
